I have been amazed at the level of fulfillment my massage therapy career has brought me. In addition to increasing my independence, confidence and awareness, practicing bodywork has given me the overwhelming sense of satisfaction that comes from the powerful act of simply being present with another human being and participating in their movement towards health and wellness.
Equally remarkable have been the personal rewards that have come from being a part of SSMT. I get the joy of watching students go through the same kinds of changes as my clients while they develop the skills that will empower them to create fulfilling massage therapy careers.
